The Premium Economy cabin on the Qantas long haul fleet certainly looks impressive:
I flew on their PE 787 in Feb, it is very good, leaps and bounds better than BA (The bassinet was a different world too, my baby refuses to even sit in the BA one, spent most of the flight in the QF one)
