The Economy vs Club seat pitch really depends on the aircraft.

On the 767 and 757s around the back 1/3 is fixed in Economy configuration so an Eco passenger stands a fare chance of getting a 31" pitch.

However, on the A319s and the new A320s there are only about 3 rows that aren't convertible (it looks really funny, loads of leather seats and then 3 rows of fabric- usually they put couples with babies in there and give them a row anyway) so pretty much evey Eco passenger gets 34" pitch.

Given that BA is moving the shorthaul fleet to the A319/320s this basically means that as far as seat pitch goes, everyone gets the same.
