The timing of this thread is good. Saul Bass turns 100 on May 8 this year. Would be nice to see an acknowledgement from UA but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

The livery he designed for UA is still my favorite and what was around when I grew up. It made me love UAL. Have lots of memories from way back of seeing those transiting ORD. Would love to see a retro jet some day.
