Cancelled - Do points really go back into account - Confused
Whenever I cancel a flight, it shows under my activity as a REDEEM and a REFUND for the matching amount on the same date as the cancel.
But, if you scroll down through activity, you can also see the original REDEEM.
I have tried to double check this, but for those that are smarter to me - is the REDEEM that shows on the REFUND DATE meaningless?
And I wonder why they do that?
