If you can't see non-changeable anywhere then definitely give them a call, we have done this before and there was a small fee (maybe waived in the current climate).

I'm not sure what criteria applies to whether a hotel is non-changeable. On our holiday last year we booked and there was no mention of it, however doing a dummy booking later (checking if prices had moved) all the hotel options were non-changeable.
