You need to go to "My Trips" and then at the bottom right there is a live chat feature. It allowed me to connect with a customer service rep, who was able to cancel a reservation of mine that was only letting me receive a partial refund if I did it myself. I found 9 times out of 10, when I called and stayed on Hold or did Call Me Back, that the the rep was from the Hotel/Car Rental section, and they cant do squat if you are calling about an airline tkt. So yea it was basically < 5 mins to reach a rep but then a very long wait for the Flight Dept to p/u since I was transferred and even longer for a supervisor to p/u the transfer from the Flight Dept
But usually its < 1 hour in total, which is alot better then it was a couple of weeks ago
