It sort of works. type. mouse click. type. mouse click. drop down. select. mouse click. i'm bored already. You're talking to a guy who works 75% of the time in excel and never once touches the mouse.
it has to be revenue management. everything delta does is about revenue. What other explanation could their by? Is the advanced searching slowing down their crappy software infrastructure?
