Yes of course - given that alaska is allowing free cancellation/changes I have of course booked many many MANY trips, almost every weekend starting mid-May all the way upto Feb 2021. With the free cancellation allowed it will be an excellent way to decide 2-3 days in advance if I'm in the mood to go / if the weather is good etc.

The focus is more on red-states/middle-america trips in May/June which are more likely to open earlier due to the political climate, and then things like California/NYC/Boston etc towards late-summer, and then Hawaii all the way around Christmas - mostly because I expect that to be the order in which states will open up politically.

The free cancellation and changes has basically given me the single biggest benefit of having MVPGold status without actually having that status for all this year, why not take advantage of it if travelling domestically is within your risk tolerance based on your own virus-risk factors.
