It's not true what you are writing about. Panama's regime changes laws on an almost daily basis. For example by law from April 1st men were allowed to go out for one hour on Saturdays. Yesterday at 19:30 they announced, that men did not behave well this week and so the Saturday leave is illegal for all men in Panama tomorrow.
Yes, they really justify this measure with "non complying men" to the law from April, 1st.

And it's really a felony to drink your own beer in your own house you purchased legally before totalitarism started.

Some people support the change of Panama from liberty to totalitarism. Many do not and just want to leave. And that's what this threat is about.



in this law it's clearly stated, that both sales and *consumption* of alcohol is prohibited in whole Panama. A great support program for organized crime.
