I can't really speak to PHL specifically, but my multiple experiences in SFO and FLL have been disappointing. Even though theoretically they could have pulled the information from my profile, both places had to re-enter my DL and credit card information and gave me the hard sell on CDW, upgrades and gasoline options. In SFO, they even had to check my paperwork again in the garage before giving me the keys (and there was no exclusive line there). So, once you've gotten to an agent, it seems to me to be as slow as the regular line. The only benefit is the exclusive line, it would seem.
