In which country is his BAEC account registered and where is his Chase Account Registered?

if there is a mismatch then the Avios earned by the credit card may not be transferred over to his BAEC account until they do. Are these Avios actually being transferred because if they are the date should automatically extend expiry by 3 years.

There are various tips in this wiki on where to earn Avios from various partners but some may not apply to his location
