I was looking at the other thread but that one seems to address only the Free Weekend Night at the IC. Has anyone had any success regarding an extension? I got one which expires April 21 but my hotel is closed and I had to cancel. Calling the service center is not an option at the moment due to extremely long hold times. Is there an e-mail address to send to? Or do I need to deal through Chase?
