This mirrors my experience, called on 9 April and my transaction was back on the card on 14 April.

I called again for another booking yesterday (15 April) and the agent said refunds will take "3-5 working days as usual", unless it's something complicated. Which it's not so I expect the cash soon.

Both calls were a breeze, with the agent yesterday being wonderfully chatty, friendly and happy.
