just checking in, what's the latest data point in refunds for purchased seats? I finally got a full refund for the flights, about 4 weeks after I requested it online with the javascript workaround (Thank you again FT for your infinite wisdom!), but haven't received any communication regarding my purchased seat, whose refund I requested via the special online form.
