Deadline to file dispute/chargeback on CIP?
I'm still currently working with the travel company (trip.com) on a flight that got cancelled by Garuda. Both trip.com and Garuda confirmed I'm eligible for a full refund but I have yet to see the refund on my account and it's already past their normal 10 business days refund timeline. I'm willing to wait a few more weeks as they are swarmed with coronavirus cancellations.
The charge appeared on Feb 24, 2020 and posted to my Mar 21, 2020 Chase Ink Preferred statement. In case I don't get the refund I'm promised and eligible for, when is my deadline date to file a dispute/chargeback? I tried googling and found it's 60 days from appearing on the statement for Chase personal cards, but didn't find anything for Chase business cards.
