Has anyone had trouble with their mobile app? Yesterday, wouldn't login with my fingerprint, website also was timing out. Today, can get into website via computer no problem, but the app is still not working. Tried uninstall/reinstall, restarted phone. I'm thinking it's a GoBank app issue. FWIW, I'm using a Note 9. Same here. I get the "Sorry, there was an error. Please try again" message when starting the app. I don't think I've logged on since the last update.
