Called USA Executive club on 4/1 to cancel two avios bookings both flying on 4/3, both using Chase 2-4-1 vouchers. Vouchers were redeposited into accounts same day on 4/1. Avios for one of the bookings was redeposited into the household account same day on 4/1, appropriately split between the two accounts in the household. No sign of the Avios from the second booking, likely going to have to call to track that one down. Received cash refund for the substantial YQ and tax for both bookings on 4/14 to credit cards.
