Got through to an identity fraud agent this morning. Had to cancel 3 of my 5 Chase cards-- not sure why they didn't cancel all 5-- but they said the points would be back in my account next week. If anybody needs the Chase identity fraud phone number-- 888 745 0091, open 9am-6pm EDT (not sure if it's only weekdays). Apparently they're the only ones who can really help with this sort of thing at the moment.
