Just called to get a refund for a cash booking (LHR - JFK flight on 10/05 for which I got the cancellation message today 16/04). First person to pick up the phone said that he couldn't help me unless my flight was in the next 72 hours. Tried again and the next person was willing to help. She said that due to current volumes they are working with it could take around 22 days for the money to be back in my account. I'll report back as this progresses.
