I can add my thanks to BA refund helper . Both flights that I was waiting for refunds on had the Avios recredited and the refund back on my Amex today. The service you are providing at the moment is excellent and I think you can see how appreciated it is. Keep up the great work! I guess you need to keep anonymous on the forum but you definitely deserve some recognition once this blows over, that or few drinks on us
