even with moonbuses, IAD has been better for connex!!
In fact GRU-IAD flight may arrive so early that EVERY passenger must take the mobile to the main terminal, clear immigration/customs there, so that afterwards one picks a mobile back for the UA connecting flight... At those early hours only one facility may be operating.
