I'm happy they refunded me, we were ready to take them to court and claim a substantially larger bill for the legal costs compared to the tickets.
The Israel Consumer Council has launched a class suit against several carriers including United Airlines. The group has accused these firms of breaking Israeli law due to not refunding tickets that they canceled amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Maybe your lawyer didnt help
