Jesus, it was easier to call British Airways and change an Alaska Airline flight than something simple like calling a freaking bank.
Just a follow up, and to say chase dispute resolution SUCKS. I had a reservation at a hotel for April 5th, which they took a refundable deposit for. They were closed. They have not reopened. Their recording says they will honor reservations at a future date, and to call back after April 30th. Their website is not allowing any reservations at any time, even December. Chase refuses the dispute because the vendor is "willing to work with me". They said I have to call the hotel after April 30th. Really? They do not respond to emails or messages. I had a reservation for a specific date, they were closed, what am I missing? So April 30th comes and they change the message to say Dec 30th, and I sit on hold for 2 hours with Chase again?
