Chase says: To dispute a business card transaction, please call the number on the back of your card or write to us at: Customer Service, PO Box 15299, Wilmington, DE 19850-5299.

I would write, and send via Certified Mail, but as explained earlier in the thread, Business accounts do not have the same statutory protections as personal accounts, and disputing a business transaction needs to be the last resort, not a shortcut.
