When I click "contact us" and it asks what I want, I tell it dispute charge, it tells me to open the transaction and then click on dispute. I cannot find this anywhere. Does anyone know if it is actually possible to dispute a charge online on a chase Ink Business Plus card? I went to the bank, they wont do it, and I have listened to their hold music until I am about ready to go insane, for 3 days in a row.

Jesus, it was easier to call British Airways and change an Alaska Airline flight than something simple like calling a freaking bank.
