KLM cancelled 2 flights from a reservation I had in June (I was actually hoping they would do it) and they (phone agent) refuse to provide a full refund (just a voucher, which I was expecting due to all the posts in this thread).
So, can anyone provide me an e-mail from KLM customer service? I want to expose the situation though e-mail so that I can get an answer the same way. If they still refuse to give me a full refund I'll start a charge-back process in my credit card but they'll need some evidence to smooth the process.
