I would not worry about leakage in the exit row on a 140 (11A) or 145 (12A). I'm not a fan of the 140/145 but always take those seats when I they are available since they are as close to first class as you will get on an old Embraer. Leakage would be a serious problem on a pressurized airplane at flight levels above 12,000 feet.. I've never heard of an incident of pressurization failure on any Embraer aircraft.
