Today is the 19th of September. Two months from today, we will be sitting in a bar in Piazza San Marco, getting what is known in Italian as "socko".

Hopefully, the various unescorted ladies in attendance will be so bombed on the local vino as to actually accept my lewd proposals. Admittedly, in PBI-FLL even the availability of booze didn't help me in that regard, but here I will have the advantage of the world's most romantic city.

Of course, if my usual run of luck holds up, not only will each and every one of them reject me but they will get so drunk that they will forget that they rejected me.

Thus, the following day, when the UIG shows up, they will go to her and abjectly apologize for their (imagined) indiscretions with me and I will wind up being chopped into Italian meatballs even though I will have been (unwillingly) completely innocent!
