The OP is not going to get ironclad guarantees (as the situation is fluid and can change rapidly) so to best way forward is to book the flight and go. If denied boarding (which I think is unlikely) you can decide on a plan B. I have heard from several families I know who've had no issues over the past few weeks with similar scenarios. The OP seems to have all the docs needed to travel without issue.
