Mr Markonnen. I do not think that your airline history is terribly accurate. As I recall the saturday night rule existed in Europe long before the 80s. It was however dsigned to stop the businessman getting their hands on the cheaper fares.

You may feel that the premium cabins are not up to much, but then I recall when they were an identical seat to Economy and had the same seaing pitch and width. That is no longer the case. It seens to me that the First Class product is only First Class in name, but not in content.

Ultimately, it would appear that the airlines cannot go on making losses and if they are not charging for the product they are riding for a fall. Although it may not please those who like to use the product but who would never actually pay for it. it seems to me that these are the people who are doing the most complaining.
