the re-book ticket function has been broken for years. The best way is to find the new flights one wants and calling. One can get lucky and it shows online o.k., but often it does not. Not a browser issue.
Had this happen 2 months ago with a re-booking and when calling they were perfectly able to get me the flights I wanted for the correct price.
