The only way I could see making it to Ted Drewes and back in time to re-cleaar security and catch a flight (with a 3 hour window) would be to have a car service waiting for you on arrival, RACE to TD's, pray there is not a long wait, and eat your custard/concrete in the car on the way back. But good idea!
