Quicksilver does everything the Venture One does: no AF, no FTF, and a higher rewards rate (1.5% vs 1.25x) with no restrictions on redemption. The only reason I'd downgrade to V1 instead of QS would be if you're planning to use the transfer partners.

Neither is a super compelling product for spending, but if you're downgrading and it's an option, I'd go with QS.
