This past week, Taiwan allowed its citizens to mail masks to their families overseas (restrictions apply). Right away, Chung Hwa Post said it is not possible with 111 countries / regions because there is no air service.

Most European countries are on the list, AU/NZ, Canada, GUM/HNL. Does anyone know how it works? I guess they contract out to CI or BR and if the CI/BR flight is not operating, then no air mail? Canada Post, for example, still says it can mail TO Taiwan.
