After cancelling several months of travel, I have, like many of you, lots of money in My Wallet. I thought I would buy some tickets for family later in the year, and discovered that My Wallet funds cannot be used to buy a seat upgrade. Has this always been true? If so, I am a trifle vexed -- any thoughts?
