I had four tickets to fly BOS-LHR May 2 and back May 9, bought and paid for with a credit card . I opted to cancel the tickets and chose Delta chat to take care of same, the rep told me she had canceled the tickets and issued voucher, figuring I would see these vouchers in my sky miles wallet I had no further questions. I do not see the vouchers or credit in the wallet (2 weeks later) nor can a pull up the reservation under my trips..any ideas where I might find the vouchers ?
