The original flight that was cancelled was an Air France marketed / Delta operated flight. I remember the number I called to cancel the ticket and get the credit from was a "Delta - Air France - KLM" line and I was talking to an American agent.

Is this credit considered a Delta credit or an Air France credit? Will the deadline to use this credit be extended because of the virus outbreak?
I had a KLM EMD voucher that was due to expire in a few weeks. I couldn't find any policy about voucher date extension, so I used it to book a trip that I had no intention of taking, with the certainty that the flight would be cancelled (it has) and I'll exchange that for a new voucher. The current policy is that in these circumstances, the new voucher does not need to be requested until the end of September, and of course will be valid for 1 year from when it's issued for travel up to 1 year from when it's used. That's assuming AF/KLM still exists then!
