Interestingly, I mentioned the impact of 'people' in my previous post, I flew the length of the country and back a couple of days prior to lockdown, and I experienced what I thought was quite a change in attitude, and I mean from both passengers and airline staff.
I thought there was a very noticeable, almost renewed, respect and appreciation from us passengers for lounge staff and airline crews, and vice versa. I found it quite noticeable, and it was pleasant.
Sometimes, just sometimes, adversity (or pending adversity as it was at that stage) can bring out the best in people.
