I wonder if Hertz is double crediting to thank those who are still renting?

All rentals I have returned this week gave me Hertz points - even though my FF number was inputted, shows on the return receipt, and FF surcharge still assessed;

I also am earning 2X the Hertz points despite being PC (which I thought earned a 50% bonus?) A rental I returned last week, which did not have my FF # and earned Hertz points, only earned a 50% bonus...
