DBV is actually the AA's easternmost destination in Europe by its own metal. MUC is second (via CLT).
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish - keeping the same destination (or nearby) or travel within the MPM limit. Again - it does not matter. As I have said, with the COVID-19 situation, even August travel may not be in jeopardy for now, eventually it will (as many airlines start canceling for June now).
CLT-MUC is available for August for now. But this flight has completely cancelled for May. So even a viable option for now may not survive until travel.
Hence, no option.
By mentioning MPM, you actually prove you dont know what i mean. This is about a radius of 300 miles as in the link the helpful poster provided. MPM is irrelevant as are partner award inventory and even AA award inventory. I see Rome is 14 miles beyond the 300 mile radius, close but maybe not close enough. Now that I am armed with that i will
call and see if there is any flexibility (or at least 14 miles worth) in this rule.
