I am still sad this happened to be honest. Hopefully it won't repeat itself.
Sadly unless management does something it will. AS has lost its small airline/ hometown airline. Service proves that out. Best course of action is to write "Alaska Listens" each time it happens with FA's name. flying is going to change once we get on the other side of this mess
