Managed to get an agent relatively quickly (~5 min after getting through phone tree hell). I think the agent had an indian/south asian accent but no idea where she was.
Asked for retention on a citi premier with minimal spend but had since forever. Only a $75 AF but even at that price compared to prestige or a chase sapphire that doesn't seem worth it.
Going to try again and maybe drop down to rewards+ if still no offers tomorrow.
