- No coat hanging
- No PDB (not even water or coke as “that is stored with the alcohol and we cannot open it in America”)
- No magazines and menus; instead they read the choices to every passenger
- Meal served as a single tray with starter, salad, dessert and cheese. Hot main course then arrives, replacing the starter.
- I was offered a beverage 2x on the whole 10hr flight: once with the meal tray and then a refill with the main course. Have to go to the galley for anything else.
- No second meal before landing (which is problematic if you have a layover and connection as everything at CDG is closed)
- Business class toilets not stocked with anything except toilet paper (a luxury in today’s world), soap and paper towels
Just thinking. if a lot of airlines, might adopt this service.. even after this virus stuff has calmed down.... they can always just continue to lower service and blame it on the virus for a long time
