I filed a claim last month for a medical issue (nothing to do with Covid-19) but no response from the insurer other than they received the claim. I suspect they've been so slammed with Covid-19 related claims that I'll never see a penny of any payment for mine. Makes me wonder if it was worth buying in the first place and whether I should just skip it in the future.
