And next time someone is in the market for getting a home, consider a place that you may enjoy more even if you're home-bound.
This is making me think about whether apartment and condo buildings should offer rebates for the common facilities that are closed now, such as pools, health clubs, and other places that residents might gather, plus whatever social events are the norm for the building.
Of course, the same applies to hotels, including customer service gestures for closed lounges.
