Of course - they are allowing 4k from club card and 2 k from explorer = 6k from 150k spend - you only need 6k from flying to hit 1k
At least they can still make money from selling miles to chase if they cant sell seats to flyers.
PQP from Explorer doesn’t count towards 1K unless that has changed with this promo.

Yes what UA is doing is about as fair as can be given the extraordinary circumstances.
Two year + 11 month validity of travel credits is also under appreciated. That’s pretty darn good.
