I travelled two weeks ago from Sao to CDG and the service in J was more or less as normally... except for all pax and crew wearing face masks. The lounge in the 2F terminal was still open but the buffet area was taped off and a masked staff member would serve the food. Service levels have obviously declined a lot since then.
