I would assume that, too. They are extending current Premier status through to January 2022, not re-qualifying Premiers January 1 for 2021. I would also assume if one actually meets the Plat or 1K qualification standards (PQP and PQF) this year for 2021, they would get the PPs.
I also assumed during the early tenure of Oscar that UA had a chance to catch up to Delta in terms of the flying experience
