I disagree. I think we hear far more about times when benefits (stated or even erroneously expected) arent forthcoming than the vast majority of the time when the benefits are delivered.
Personally I have been more than happy. The few times without getting benefits was due to my circumstances - eg checking out before breakfast opens.
