I have a large flight credit tied to a trip To Europe I cancelled. I had booked the tickets last August, and so my flight credit expires then. I attempted to use that credit online to book a fully refundable ticket for a week before credit expiry, but the website would only show me flights to the original destination. I wanted to either book a ticket I would be willing to use or a refundable ticket I could convert to an ETC, but the website wouldn’t let me do either thing. Is it just necessary to go through a human agent to accomplish this?
